Sports Illustrated gave men across the country a reason to race to the mailbox on a weekly basis. Who could wait for all of the sports action of the week.

In 1994, Sports Illustrated located an allotment of mint first issues. From that small find is this mint Sports Illustrated with Eddie Mathews on front. The card inserts are still firmly in-place. An LOA will also attend from SI. Each item is fitted into a leather bound holder.
