Offered is a college basketball All American Game warm up suit which was worn by Larry Hennessy of Villanova for the 1953 edition of the game. Wilson and size 44 tags sewn in collar with a handwritten "Hennessy" tag applied inside the tail while a red, white, and blue felt All American 1953 emblem is sewn to the left chest of the jacket. The matching Wilson warm up pants with a handwritten "Hennessy" tag complete the ensemble. Hennessey was selected as Third Team All American in 1953 and it is thought he wore this to/during the 1953 All Star game vs the Lakers. Heavy wear with staining. Direct from the family. (85J0366)
