According to the 2009 Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards, this card is described as:

"This regional set was issued by Spic and Span Dry Cleaners of Milwaukee over a four-year period and consists of large (7"x10" photos of Braves players. Of all the various Spic and Span sets, this one seem to be the easiest to find. EDITORS NOTE: Clean, high grade examples are tough due to the size of the issue. The fronts feature a player photo with a facsimile autograph below. The Spic and Span logo also appears on the front, wihle the backs are blank. A header card (quite rare) picturing the Milwaukee Braves County Stadium also exists.

The photo is in excellent condition and is signed beautifully across the front in blue marker.
