It seems there is always a reason to celebrate for the New York Yankees where legendary performances and World Series titles have become commonplace.
From the Jim Turner estate is this framed 19 1/2" x 35" display with five 8" x 10" mounted photos. We can deduce the vintage to '52 because the players are wearing 50th anniversary patches linking it to that campaign.
Featured subjects include Elston Howard, Turner, Happy Chandler and his wife, Mel Allen, John Lindell and a few more Yankee dignitaries.
