Offered is a Spalding Official National League Ford Frick baseball which was used during the Brooklyn Dodgers 6-4 win over Warren Spahn & the Boston Braves on May 14, 1950 at Ebbets Field. Ball has been signed on a side panel by Hall of Fame slugger Duke Snider along with a "5-14-50 Ebbets Field" inscription while "5-14-50 Ebbets Field Brook 6 Boston 4 Hit By Carl Furillo" is handwritten on the adjacent side panel. Snider went 2-4 in the game with a double and run scored while Furillo went 1-4 with a 3rd inning single off of Warren Spahn. (80H0082)
