1950s Johnston Cookies was an institution in the state of Wisconsin. Who could forget the building, clearly within eyesight of County Stadium. Also remember, where there are cookie jars, there are most likely cookie cards nearby. Although not documented, this is sign is from the approximate era of the Johnston cookie issues. Great companion piece to the cookie cards.
Offered is a colorful 27 1/2" x 20 1/2 in-store display Johnston cookies advertisement for a Cookie Jar Sale. The majority of these were discarded once the sale was done and deemed landfill ready. This is one of the few which has survived.
The graphics are still eminently displayable and as vibrant as the day of issue. The cardboard is sturdy and ready for a good home.
