1949 (May 28) Ted Wilks St. Louis Cardinals ONL Frick Game Used Victory Baseball (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Spalding Official National League Ford Frick victory baseball which was used during the St. Louis Cardinals 4-2 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates on May 28, 1949 at Sportsman's Park and then awarded to Cardinals hurler Ted Wilks in honor of his fourth victory of the 1949 season. A litany of game details are handwritten on all four panels of the baseball in period ink. (67U0124)
