"May 2 48 Cubs 13 Cards 4 LP Dixon Relief Meyer 3 1/3" hadnwritten on a side panel while Hall of Fame Cardinals slugger Stan Musial has signed an adjacent side panel with a "May 1948 Sportman's Park" inscription.
