Offered is an AJ Reach Official American League William Harridge baseball which was used during the Detroit Tigers 10-4 victory over the Philadelphia Athletics on August 25, 1948 at Shibe Park. "Detroit 10 Philadelphia 4 Shibe Park Aug. 25, 1948" handwritten on a side panel while the ball has been signed by George Kell & Pat Mullin of the Tigers and by Earle Mack, Jack Coombs and Ira Thomas of the Philadelphia Athletics.
