Lot #69:

1948 Babe Ruth New York Yankees Original 7" x 8" Photo

While he resembles his old self, eight months later Babe Ruth would be dead. The Bambino still has that ever present twinkle in his eye on the offered 7" x 8" original photo.

The reverse includes these notations: paper caption, "Published Feb 15 1948" date stamp and production notes.
