Dizzy Dean was baseball royalty. His personality has kept him relevant in the baseball world to this day. The unforgettable hurler signed this restaurant menu on the inside in blue ink. There are a few other signatures as well on the inside. A photo on the inside features a dinner group.

The front boasts a signature of Dean's wife, Patricia. She added a little comical inscription with a "Miz Diz" reference. There is minor creasing below Mrs. Dean's penning.
