Offered is a 7" x 9" original photo capturing World Heavyweight Champion Joe Louis and challenger Arturo Godoy during a title bout at Yankee Stadium on June 20, 1940. Louis would retain the title via an 8th round TKO. Cutline affixed on reverse with an Acme Newspapers stamp and a St. Petersburg Times hologram also present. (96X0232)
