Herbert Hoover is remembered as being the President who was in office during the beginning of the Depression.

This 7" x 10 1/2" letter, on Hoover's personal stationery, is signed by Hoover perfectly on the bottom. We believe this would be a perfect candidate for a cut signature. Mailing fold marks are visible but the signature is clear of any imperfections.
