Honus Wagner was popular even after his playing days were behind him. The affable Wagner even managed the Pirates in 1917.

This Chicago Cubs scorecard was used in a 1939 tilt between the Cubbies and Pirates. Signed as coach. Notice the baseball centennial emblem on the front. The scored card includes Gabby Hartnett, Stan Hack, Babe Herman, Lloyd Waner, Arky Vaughan as the participants.

Wagner and Max Butcher both signed this on the bottom in pencil.
