Babe Ruth was winding down his career in 1935. Despite the affects of age and the hard driving life he was associated with, Ruth still had a little left in the tank during his final big league campaign.

This boy's genuine leather glove is signed by a number of baseball stars from 1935 at spring training. Ruth signed the thumb in blue ink. The penning has a few scuff marks but it is displayable. "Boston Braves 1935" is written near the Ruth signature. "St. Petersburg Florida March 20th/35" is also written. We assume the autographs were secured at an exhibition contest.

This is also signed by Ruth's Hall of Fame teammate Dizzy Dean. "Cardinals Pitcher" is written near Dean's penning.

Others who signed include Bob Brown, Jerry Gruenwald and one more.

The button fastener is no longer present on the backside.
