Offered is an H&B Louisville Slugger game used signature model bat of Max Harned from 1933. The bat is in good condition and would make an excellent display piece as an early signature model bat. Harned was a career minor leaguer for 4 seasons however he hit .294 over that span in 993 plate appearances. He played in the Nebraska State League as well as the Western League while bouncing around to Omaha, Wichita, Norfolk, and Muskogee.

The 35-inch, 35.25-ounce pre-model number H&B bat features illegible sidewriting. It exhibits heavy game use in the form of heavy ball marks, swelling, grain separation, cleat marks, nails and screws, multiple cracks (13" on handle) along with dents and gouges.

Grade: Authentic
