For consideration, offered is a 1931 Frank Lefty O'Doul Brooklyn Dodgers H&B Professional Model Game Used bat. Dated to 1931 per the addition of the Powerized logo right of the centerbrand containing the phrase "Pat. Pend". This branding was exclusive to 1931, and would have been sent to O'Doul as a member of the Brooklyn Dodgers.
The bat is 34.5" in length, and currently weighs 34.5 ounces. The bat exhibits signs of side writing below the factory stampings, which are no longer visible. Bat exhibits heavy game use, with heavy signs of ball marks, swelling to the grain, and a 14" handle crack running through the knob which has caused seperation. Light areas of deadwood.
