1930s-40s Brooklyn Orioles Game Worn Jersey & Pants (MEARS Auction LOA)

Our guess is the Brooklyn Orioles were a rec team, but they sure had some stylish uniforms.

From the 1930s-40s is this game used ensemble. "ORIOLES B'Klyn" is underscored in two-color felt material on front. "B'Klyn" is expressed in blue chenille threads for a little dose of aesthetic pleasure and "Capt" is captured on the left sleeve. The jersey has a few age marks but no holes. No manufacturer is indicated.

Also included are a pair of matching size "34" pants. A Progressive tag is sewn in the waistline - with a few numbers written and crossed out.
