This is a block letter last name only Williams but the model, 19, is verified as Ken per the 1930 catalog list of player model numbers. It has the patent stamp on knob that began in 1930. These can be found in catalogs and having been used in organized baseball as well. Ken is best remembered by baseball historians as the first member of Major League Baseball's 30–30 club, for players who have reached the 30 home runs and 30 stolen bases plateaus in the same season. He came up in 1915-16 with the Reds but had his hey day with the Browns, especially during the 1922 season where they lost the American League pennant by one game to the Yankees. This bat dates to after his major league career but could have been used during his stint with the Beavers in 1930-31 where he also played in 1916-17.
