1930 McFarland Dayton Aviators Central League H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS Authentic)

Featured in this lot is a H&B Louisville Slugger professional model bat which was used by a player named McFarland on the 1930 incarnation of the Dayton Aviators in the Central League. This pre-model number stick features a 1921-31 era H&B 125 center brand and McFarland is stamped on the barrel in block letters.

This natural finished ash bat currently weighs 38 ounces and measures 36" in length with a round barrel and regular knob. It exhibits signs of heavy use throughout with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, cleat marks, dead wood and a lite 2" handle crack.

MEARS grades this bat as authentic.
