1921-25 George Sisler Spalding Autograph Model Retail Bat - St. Louis Browns - (MEARS LOA)

Sisler bats were only listed from 1921-26 as a Spalding offering. These bats were made to players specs with a beautiful factory finish and deeply burned stamps. This example is simply stunning. Sisler is best remembered as one of the premier first baseman during the teens and twenties for the lovable Brownies.

It is a signature model.

Length: 35" with Spalding logo stamped on knob.

Weight: 36.3 oz.

Side Writing: None.

Game Use: Bat exhibits heavy game use with swelling and ball stitch marks on the back of the barrel with some light deadwood and vintage nails Factory stamps are perfect.

Handle: There is a closed 7" crack with some vintage nail repairs.

Comments: Just a beautiful bat with a perfect factory finish and deep stamps.
