Clarke bats were listed from 1910-25 as a Spalding offering. These bats were made to players specs with a beautiful factory finish and deeply burned stamps. This example is simply stunning. Clarke is best remembered as the left fielder that played from 1894-1915 with Louisville and Pittsburgh and mirrored Honus Wagners teams and years making the Hall of Fame in 1945.

It is a signature model.

Length: 34" with Spalding logo stamped on knob.

Weight: 36 oz.

Side Writing: None.

Game Use: Bat exhibits game use with swelling and ball stitch marks on the bottom and back of the barrel. "M.Richardson" is carved into the back of barrel 1/2" x 4 1/2".

Handle: Not cracked.

Comments: Just a beautiful bat with a perfect factory finish and deep stamps.
