Offered is a sterling example of a Turn of the Century era catcher's mask which recently appeared in the "Saving Face" exhibit at the Yogi Berra Museum in Little Falls, NJ. No manufacturer stampings present on mask which is constructed from a wire cage encircled by five leather covered pads plus leather forehead and chin guards. Mask shows definite use yet remains in excellent overall condition with one loose bar on the cage. An adjustable cap from the Berra museum will also attend. (86N0676)
