As seen on all of the old T cards, this relic has the original neck strap as well as waist strap. The upper neck strap is all original. The leather strap is fastened by original rivots to a leather anchor. The strap is all original.  One buckle is missing on the lower strap. There is some staining and a couple of tiny holes on the inside.   Chest protector retains it's maker symbol on the bottom inside of  protector.  When was the last time you've seen one of these?  A rarity in any  condition.
