On the day of Friday, March 4, 1881 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., this 3" x 4.5" paper card allowed entry to the Treasury Building. It has been signed by the Chief Clerk in pen. The reverse side has been stamped by a custodian.

Some slight yellowing, blemishing and glue marks appear. However, it (at 130 years of age) has held up quite well. A1515
