Offered is a game worn Pittsburgh Steelers helmet dating to the late 1960's. Helmet is manufactured by Riddell and features a black dome with a Steelers logo decal applied on the right side. Interior of helmet features a 12 strap suspension system stamped with size 6 3/4 while the original Riddell sticker and a 1969 recertification sticker are also present. The outline of removed number 28 decals are present on the reverse, with that uniform number being worn by Clendon Thomas between 1962 & 1968. Moderate use shown. (65S0335)
