Offered is a 5" x 7.5" sheet which has been signed by the only undefeated Heavyweight Champion in the history of the sweet science, Rocky Marciano. Autograph was obtained in person by our consignor on the evening of January 7, 1957 when Marciano was present at the Valley Arena in Holyoke, MA (also the site of Marciano's first professional bout on March 17, 1947 under the name of Rocky Mack) to serve as a complimentary referee for the light heavyweight bout between Eddie Demars and Ted Doncaster. Photocopy of a news story in the Springfield Union detailing Marciano's visit will also attend. (D0065)
