The 1948 Bowman Basketball card set is historic in that it was the first ever nationally released basketball card set and was also the only basketball set Bowman produced before being purchased by Topps. All 72 cards are present including the George Mikan rookie card and two of the cards have been PSA graded; Harry Jeanette VG-EX 4 & Bob Kinney VG 3. (Y0559)
