Shutdown reliever Lee Smith donned these Puma cleats at some point during his time with the Chicago Cubs in the 1980's. "13" is written on the reverse of each shoe to indicate the size, while "Smith" is written on the tongue of the left shoe. Smith's uniform number 46 is also written in black marker on the underside of the tongue. Right shoe has a custom black toe guard. Heavy use shown. (Z0147)
