Forgetting his passable 2011 campaign, Jorge Posada has consistently been a source of pride for many Yankees faithful throughout his memorable career. This Hoosier brand bat was put to use by Posada at some point during the 2004 or 2005 season. The 32-ounce, 34-inch bat has the model number HB51 and Psoada's block letter first and last name on the barrel.
The black ash bat matches known player factory records and exhibits signs of heavy game use with deadwood and medium handle preparation. There are knob markings on the bat. The bat is also accompanied by a Steiner LOA and hologram.
Grade A7: 5 points for matching known player factory records, 3 points for heavy use and a 1 point deduction for flaking of finish.
