The Chicago Cubs have one of baseball's most dedicated fan bases. Each year those lovable losers take the field hoping to dispel years on ineptitude.
Offered are 11 program/scorecards, most from the late '60s or '70s. Each is scored and many sport signatures. One scorecard boasts about 12 signatures including Astros pitcher Don Wilson. Wilson died in 1975 while in his garage from exhaust fumes. Wilson tossed two no-hitters and was destined to be a Hall of Famer before he tragically died. Those which are signed include:
Houston vs. Cubs signed by pitcher Jim Ray, Cubs vs. Houston signed by Cesar Cedeno, Cubs vs. Astros signed by Joe Morgan and Norm Miller (tape affixed over autographs), Giants vs. Cubs signed by Tito Fuentes, Mets vs. Cubs scorecard signed by Jim McAndrew, Cubs vs. Phils signed by Wayne Evans, 1973 Cubs vs. Giants signed by Tim Bradley and Cubs vs. Astros signed by Ernie Banks, Joe Morgan, (2) Cesar Geronimo, (2) Jim Bouton, Norm Miller and Wilson.
