Fred Spurgeon Spalding Retail Model Bat (1907-25). Technically a retail model offering, this bat was used and returned to H&B as evidenced by the now unreadable side writing , remnants of the original shipping label and the name “Bull” hand stamped on the bat 2 times. Good use, 35”- 34.4 oz, with a 9” multiple handle crack, lt dead wood on back of barrel and perfect markings. Fred played for the Indians from 1924-27 and then with KC of the American Association from 1929-31 finishing his career in Springfield in 1932.
