Offered is a professional model S226 Champ Summers game used Louisville Slugger bat dating to his tenure with the Cincinnati Reds circa 1977-79. Bat currently measures 34", weighs 30 ounces and shows moderate to heavy use. Has several ball marks and cleat marks. Exhibits heavy pine tar on handle. Bat has a small area of deadwood on the back of the barrel but remains uncracked. Number 6 appears on the knob in vintage marker. Possible two player bat, Summers wore number 28 while with the Reds.
