Offered is a professional model game used Gary Matthews H&B Louisville Slugger dating to the outset of his career with the San Francsico Giants circa 1973-75. Model R43 stamped on barrel along with Gary's uniform number 36 written in black marker while Matthews has signed the barrel in blue marker along with a "Best Wishes to Bob" inscription. Bat currently measures 36", weighs 33.5 ounecs and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, heavy pine tar and deadwood with slight separation on the front of the barrel in the area of the factory signature stamping.
