Offered is a New York Yankees home jersey dating to Jim Bouton's 1967 season with the team. Rawlings size 42 tag sewn on tail along with an embroidered "67", laundry instructions and a Set 1 1967 flag tag while a strip reading "Bouton" is sewn in the collar. Jersey was sent down to the minors for additional use with the "NY" on left chest and number 56 on reverse both restored (-5 cumulative). Believe shirt was first issued in Syracuse, (Rawlings tag) and then changed to Yankees. SCP Auctions letter signed by Jim Bouton attesting that jersey originated from his personal collection will also attend. Heavy wear. MEARS A5. (71U0223)
