Measures 6" x 8". Al Capone, overlord of Chicago's underworld, is depicted with his attorney Michael Ahern and Ahern's subordinates before trial in 1931. Though it was widely accepted that Capone was guilty of murder, the only charges against him were Federal income tax evasion and violating the Volstead Act, an Act upholding the Eighteenth Amendment which upheld prohibition in the U.S.
