This is a unique opportunity for the Michael Jordan collector looking to add to their collection.
In his rookie season, the Chicago Bulls played the Bucks in Milwaukee on Saturday October 27, 1984. This was the home opener for the Bucks, and is listed as Game 1 on the ticket.
For the Bulls, their first game of the season was played in Washington against the Bullets the night before on Friday October 26, 1984.
In this game against the Bucks, only his second game as a pro, Michael Jordan did not lead the Bulls in scoring. Those honors went to Orlando Woolridge with 29 points. The Bucks won the game by a score of 108-106. Jordan scored 21 points in 34 minutes.
This ticket is in excellent condition, neatly hand torn by the usher upon entering the Milwaukee Arena. The ticket clearly shows the day, date, and 8pm starting time. For $13, the original ticket holder was seated in the Arena Circle, one of the better sections in the Arena.
The total attendance for the game was 11,052. Who knows how many of these tickets stubs remain ? It would be difficult to find one in better condition. (35K0174)
