Offered is a professional model Willie Horton H&B Louisville Slugger game used bat from his time with the Detroit Tigers in 1973-75. Bat features a Willie W. Horton signature barrel while model S2L is stamped on the knob and Horton's uniform number 23 is written in black marker on the barrel's end.
This ash bat currently weighs 33 ounces, measures 35" in length and matches known player factory records with a flame treated finish, regular knob and round barrel. It exhibits signs of light use with a scattering on ball marks and slight dead wood on the barrel's reverse. Handle remains uncracked.
