Offered is a 35", 37 ounce Pete Daniel Zinn Beck Special professional model game used bat from his 1927 campaign with the Greenville Spinners of the South Atlantic League. Bat features a Zinn Beck Special center brand with "Type of Bat Used by Pete Daniel" stamped beneath and is sidewritten with the name of Daniel's Spinners teammate "E.R. Shirley 12-12-27". "ZB No. 100 Ace of the Diamond" stamped on knob. Heavy use is evident in the form of handle crack and dead wood on the front and reverse of the barrel which has been repaired with a total of 18 period nails. (B0109)
