Russell Athletic Authentic Diamond Collection size 48 (1" extra sleeve length) tag sewn to left outside tail while swatch reading "53-48-98-2" to designate the uniform number, size, year of issue and set number is sewn in collar. Harry Caray memorial patch sewn to right sleeve while left sleeve features a Hey Hey & Cubbie Bear logo patch. Name and number sewn directly to jersey in blue on red double tackle twill.
