Featured is a Gerald Perry professional model Louisville Slugger game bat. Model number P72 is stamped on the signature barrel along with New York Yankees in block letters, though Perry never actually suited up in the pinstripes.
This ash bat currently weighs 32 ounces, measures 35" in length and matches known player factory records with a regular knob and round barrel. It exhibits signs of heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, a medium application of pine tar, handle tape and a 6" handle crack.
MEARS grades this bat as authentic.
