This bat is a signature model K55 that is 35”-33.2 oz. It shows medium + use with deeply embedded ball/lace marks on all sides, his number 24 in black marker on the knob, rack marks, and a perfect finish with deep stamps.

One of the many ML infielders from San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic, Gonzalez couldn't dislodge Bobby Richardson in New York and failed to hit enough to hold his job in Cleveland. He was suspended in 1965 for swinging his bat at pitcher Larry Sherry.

Final Grade MEARS A8.5 Base grade 5 points, medium use 2.5, plus one point for documented uniform number on knob. Collection of MEARS Staff. (P0232)
