Featured in this lot is a Mickey Tettleton professional model Rawlings game used bat from his tenure with the Baltimore Orioles in the late 1980's. M. Tettleton and Orioles appear in block letters on the barrel of this model 384B Big Stick.

This ash bat currently weighs 33 ounces, measures 34" in length and matches known player factory records with a regular knob and cupped barrel. Bat exhibits signs of heavy use with deeply embedded stitch marks, bat rack marks, a thick application of pine tar and a 14" handle crack with some separation. (Q0018)

Bat receives 5 points for matching known player factory records, 3 points for use, 2 points for player use traits and loses 1 point for the handle crack resulting in a final grade of MEARS A9.
