This lot of well cared for items touches on the early history of the Milwaukee Bucks.
The first item is the game program from the team's first victory. After losing their first 5 games, the Bucks defeated the Detroit Pistons on October 31, 1968. The game was played at the Milwaukee Arena in front of a crowd of 6,694. Wayne Embry led the Bucks with 30 points, becoming the first player in franchise history to score 30 points in a single game. The game program is in excellent condition, clean with no writing. All pages are secure and intact.
The next item is a unique Bucks pennant. Long time fans and collectors will recognize this different Deer Head logo found on pennants sold in the area during the first few years of the team.
The final 2 items are paper placemats from the championship 70/71 season, and one from the following year, the 71/72 season. These Miller placemats have the season schedules listed.
Enjoy this unique variety of Bucks memorabilia.
