This program is from Hank Aaron's final season. After returning to Milwaukee, it was well known the 1976 season would be Aaron's final year. This program is from a Sunday afternoon double-header (remember when those were regularly scheduled?) On Sunday July 11, 1976 the Brewers swept the Texas Rangers. Hank Aaron, in the designated hitter role, hit Home Run #754 in the 10th inning of the second game to complete the sweep. Less than 2 weeks later on the next home stand against the California Angels Aaron hit the final Home Run #755 of his career. This program is filled with photos and stories from that year, including a young Bob Uecker, an even younger Robin Yount, and advertising from the era. The original fan kept score and included additional information, such as the box score from the next day's newspaper. (32H0211)
