Offered is a Chicago Cubs home jersey which was originally issued during the 1972 season Wilson size 46 tag sewn in collar with a strip reading "27 72 Set 1 46" and a 72 year tag sewn to the tail while a circular Cubs logo, number 19 and a Cubs logo patch are also sewn to the blue pinstriped white knit pullover. Jersey was originally issued as number 27 in 1972 with Phil Regan (Apr 18 to Jul 15) and Jim Tyrone (Aug 27 to Oct 3) wearing number 27 during that season. Team number change to 19 indicating likely multi season use with Pat Bourque (May 19 to Aug 28) and Gonzalo Marquez (Sep 2 to Oct 1) wearing number 19 during the Cubs 1973 season. Heavy wear.
