Offered are a pair of Genuine Regal China handcrafted whiskey decanters produced in 1964 by Jim Beam, likely to commemorate that year's Preisdential Election between Lyndon B. Johnson and Barry Goldwater. Included are a donkey to represent the Democratic Party and an elephant to represent the Republican Party.
