Offered is an encased General Admission ticket (No. 00611) from the May 15, 1953 rematch between Rocky Marciano and Jersey Joe Walcott at Chicago Stadium for the Heavyweight Championship of the World. Marciano narrowly avoided tarnishing his perfect record in their first fight when, after trailing on all 3 judges scorecards through 12 rounds, he proceeded to knock out Jersey Joe in the 13th. There would be no such drama for their second meeting as Marciano would knock out Walcott in the 1st round. (F0013)
