Offered is a professional model Pete Ward H&B Louisville Slugger post-career bat. 1973-75 era H&B 125 center brand present along with a signature model barrel. Model F3 is stamped on the knob along with uniform number 5, which was never worn by Ward, written in black marker.
This ash bat currently weighs 33 ounces, measures 35" in length and shows signs of heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, dead wood and a handle crack which has been repaired with 2 period nails.
MEARS grades this bat as authentic.(C0431)
