Offered is a silver medallion commemorating the 1989 Major League Baseball Midsummer's Classic which most fans will remember for the back to back home runs hit by the American League's Bo Jackson and Wade Boggs to start the contest. Front of coin reads "All Star Game 1989 Limited Edition 1 Ounce .999 Fine Silver" around American and National League crests while the reverse features the crest of the 1989 All Star Game.
